Curling start in the 16 century in scotland February 1541. The old name of Curling is Roaring Game the Roar is when the curling stone going on the ice. The old curling stones were made out of flat river stones.
The stones cost $600 and can weigh 20kg. The broom costs $650. They play in teams of four. They play on a sheet of ice called a curling sheet.
